"By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."
John 13:35
John 13:35
My husband is presently preaching a series on Walking With God. This past Sunday he preached from John 13:31-35. He pointed out in verse 35 that we are to have love for one another, not just love one another. His sermon for the morning was HOW do we have love for one another.
Romans 12:10-"Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor." He said outdo means to take the lead or take the initiative in showing love. How do we practically take the lead?
**Meet a need before asked
**Look for ways to show how much you value a person for Christ's sake--Be on a mission on Sunday morning to have love for one another.
(This series on Walking With God is directed to believers and how we walk with each other as brothers and sisters in Christ.)
**When you walk in a room do you have the attitude of look Here I am or look There You Are?
**Minister to someone anonymously for Jesus' sake.
Even though we are all very different we all have the same Christ who brings us harmony.
