A Time for Everything

If you've been keeping up with me the last few weeks you know our household has been very busy literally and emotionally with the leaving of Justin and the anticipation of Kelsey's graduation. Today is her 18th birthday which we are celebrating with dinner tonight. Company begins coming next week with all the festivities to follow.

It sounds lame to say 'where did the time go'? When I was a little younger I would hear people say how time flies when you get older and your kids start leaving the nest and I would say to myself that won't happen to me. Well, I'm there, three kids almost on their own with one to go. If you're a mother you know the gamut of emotions, and I'm there today too.

Blogging will be sporadic, so hang in there with me these next couple of weeks.

Enjoy all of the ups and downs. This IS life and you will some day look back with grace and cherish all of these activities. Don't forget to also enjoy the journey along the way! :)

Ahhh yes. I do well know ALL the many feelings...such a jumble!

Take all those "heart snapshots" that you will pull out later and relive with love and gratitude.
