May was a very busy month with my mother-in-law visiting for a week, taking us all to dinner one night. Kelsey is now in Italy employed as a nanny, Hannah is working two jobs for the summer living on her own for the first time, and Lauren is still at home, the nest isn't quite empty. I also spent time with my family in Iowa and attended the high school graduation of my nephew.
I wish I had taken more pictures of my time with a lifetime friend as we drank coffee, had lunch together and took a long walk. I also got to see my nephew and neice play softball and baseball.
And there were many mornings and evenings with my mom on her screened in porch. There just wasn't enough time for everyone I wanted to see, I may have to go back.
