Summer 2010

Last Saturday our family held a farm equipment auction, selling off the rest of my dad's farm tools and implements. We spent a busy week getting ready. I also spent time with my mom, sisters and their families and lifelong friends having coffee or lunch.

My nieces and nephew had a great time helping out the auctioneer.

One of the more emotional sales of the day was this little tractor. My dad had bought it years ago and we used it to take pictures of 8 grandkids one year. It was bought by a good friend of his and driving the tractor is my uncle.

This was used to transport people to the sale. My nephew and brother-in-law was in charge of driving the mule.
